Susan Boyle Meets The Priests
Susan Boyle is a devout Catholic, and had a very enjoyable day recently when she met the hit religious singing trio The Priests.
The Priests were also guests on the Carmen Nebel Show in Germany, where Susan performed I Dreamed a Dream. Apparently The Priests were just as excited to meet Susan as she was to meet them.
Father Eugene O?Hagan tweeted his joy at meeting Susan, saying that it had been a ?pleasure ?for him, his brother Fatherr Martin and Father David Delgary to meet Susan.
Susan?s spokesperson told the Daily Record: ?Fathers Martin, Eugene and David had expressed an interest in meeting Susan.
?As soon as she arrived, Susan walked around their dressing room and met the group ? possibly the nicest men in showbiz. They chatted for some time.?
Susan said: ?It was a very quick visit ? but worth it.?
Susan Boyle on the Carmen Nebel Show
Susan Boyle has been globe trotting again. This time she was in Germany, where she appeared on the Carmen Nebel show on March 6th on the ZDF TV channel and sang “I Dreamed a Dream”. Thanks go to Heide for informing me of this.
Heide says: “She sang very beautifully and looked gorgeous in her rouge noir dress!”
Susan Boyle on “Das Supertalent” in Germany
Susan Boyle has had some amazing success during 2009. Despite this, she maintains that she is still the same person that she was before she appeared on “Britain’s Got Talent.”
Talking to People Magazine, she said: “I still have my former life. I still live in the same house. My life hasn’t changed. I travel more. I see places I never thought I would see. There is nothing I miss, because I have everything I had before ? it’s just a little more interesting now.”
However, Susan did admit that she enjoyed some perks of the job – meeting Donny Osmond, for instance. “I met Donny Osmond. He was very nice. We talked about how important it was to stay grounded,” she said. “He bought me some purple roses, and they were very beautiful.”
Susan has also spent a little money on her ex council home in Blackburn. “I have bought a few things for my house ? a red couch and some cushions,” she said. “It’s important to keep your house looking nice, and it is great to be able to buy these things.”
Susan also spoke about her beloved cat, Pebbles. “Pebbles is blissfully unaware of everything that is going on. She lives with a very lovely lady while I am away working, and she is thriving. I visit her when I can, and I can travel knowing that she is in safe hands and being pampered.” Lucky Pebbles!
Meanwhile, Susan appeared on German television in their “Das Supertalent” on December 12th in Cologne, Germany. You can view her amazing performance here:
