Susan Boyle to be an Ambassador for West Lothian?

Susan Boyle has been targeted by The West Lothian Tourist Board to bring extra exposure to West Lothian, the area of Scotland where Susan lives.
There is apparently a plan afoot to turn Susan into an ambassador, as a key element of a campaign to attract toursists to West Lothian’s “hidden gems”.
Anna Lightbody, of Visit West Lothian,? told the Daily Record: “Susan Boyle’s rise to fame has put West Lothian on the map.
“It would be crazy not to try to tap into that.”

Yes i agree she has enough on her plate with out that. Looks like they went to use her as a tourist attraction.
Let susan make that decision, but I doubt she will have any time to give to that. I do believe that the town will be visited just because Susan lives there. She will definately BE a tourist attraction whether any one likes it or not. She is a star now and people love her and I don’t blame them.
