Susan Boyle makes Simon Cowell more caring
Simon Cowell has been interviewed on TV in the US (CBS’s The Early Show) and during the interview he said that Susan Boyle’s mini breakdown made him realise that he needs to take more care of the contestants on the Britain’s Got Talent and The X-Factor? TV shows.
Cowell, who was being interviewed by fellow judge Amanda Holden, spoke about Susan, describing her breakdown as “scary”.
He said: “I think at the point where she (Susan) didn’t win, she was afraid everything would be taken away from her and she was going to go back to that little house. She didn’t want to go back to that life.”
He continued: “We’re used to it (the fame). They’re not.”
However, Simon is sure that Susan Boyle’s latest album will be a huge seller. He said: “After all the dust settled, she was happy. She is stunning on record.
“She’s going to sell millions of records this year.”
He also confirmed that Susan will be singing a Rolling Stones song on her album, and revealed that Susan was so happy with the results that she burst into tears when she heard it.

Well, here in the USA we now know that the Rolling Stones song is “Wild Horses.” SusaFans all over America are in tears as we play this… she released it to us while she is actually on the plane headed to America! How thoughtful! It is simply stunning… I didn’t think she could get any better but she just did or at least another just as good. What a wonderful song she gave us while she is on her way. She will be landing on USA soil this afternoon and we are SO excited. Welcome Susan. And UK fans, thank you for sharing your lovely Lady with us.
Ha. This morning Susan’s CD was #6 on Amazon…. but already after the release of Wild Horses it has climbed back up to #4 in just a few hours.
Just found out that Amazon is still limiting the number of copies of Susan’s CD. I am fortunate that I even got my four as now they are limiting it to three I think. But I wanted to add two more and they will not allow it! Hmmmmmm wonder what would happen if I used a different email account and different credit card but same address?
