Susan Boyle has a Change of Heart over Move to London

Susan Boyle has changed her mind about moving down to London, according to a report in today’s Daily Mirror.
A teenager has recently been charged with breaking into Susan’s home and stealing money, whilst Susan was in London singing on the Haiti Single.
Susan was being urged that it would be better for her to move into a posh London flat for her own safety. She herself had become nervous about staying in her ex council home in Blackburn after the second break in.
A source told the Mirror: “Susan was being encouraged to move to London, but her heart is in Scotland.
“At least now she can go back as often as she likes safe in the knowledge that the intruder has been caught.”
I personally think that Susan will be happier staying in Blackburn. I pray that she remains safe there.

Just as her move to London was misreported, her not moving is also likely being misreported.
I think the real truth is that she was not actually moving in the first place, just setting up a second residence that she will use when working in London, or traveling in and out from there. She’s making enough money to afford two residences and that only makes sense.
I think it makes sense for her to have a small place in London where she can stay while making her next CD, and not be commuting. I think she will continue to return to Blackburn, but I don’t think it’s realistic for her to live in the Council House forever. Somehow I think her mother wouldn’t want her to either. As much as the people of Blackburn will also be part of Susan, she has entered a new life. My guess is the sensible people of Blackburn understand that.

As with many reports from the media, none of us really know what is true. She may or may not have chosen to move to London and then changed her mind again. All I can say is that if this is true, then I’m happy that Susan is making her own decisions about this. May God go with her!
