Susan Boyle Performing for Free in New York City
Susan Boyle is going be performing a free concert in Manhattan, according to an article in The Examiner. Passes are available to people (up to four per request) that will allow fans to attend the mini concert. All tickets are free!
Susan will be performing outside the NBC Today Show on November 23rd. On the NBC website, there was an announcement stating that tickets will be released so that fans can be in the audience.
In order to get tickets, you need to fill in a form on the Today Show page.

The video was directed by Lou Reed, as Lou and Susan have “made up” following the licensing issues that prevented Susan singing “Perfect Day” on America’s Got Talent in September.
Lou told the Sunday Mail, “I wanted to create a beautiful and intimate piece shot in Susan’s native Scotland and she quickly agreed”.
Susan added, “I loved that Lou understood how much it meant to me to film in Scotland. I didn’t mind how much it rained or blew a gale, I enjoyed every minute”.
Susan Boyle Video on ITV Tonight
Susan Boyle’s first ever music video will be shown on ITV at 6:55pm tonight. The video is of the song “Perfect Day”, and was filmed in the Trossachs National Park in Scotland.

In other news, Susan Boyle is reportedly backing Mary Byrne to win the X Factor in the UK. Mary has apparently been struggling to cope with the pressure of appearing on the reality TV show. Speaking to the News of the World, Susan said she thought that Mary could win.
She said: “Mary’s a wonderful lady. I struggled in the same way. It’s difficult. But Mary, you can keep going!
“Mary’s got a fantastic voice and I don’t view her as competition. I view her as a fellow artist.”

On Monday 8th November at 12pm, to celebrate the release of Susan Boyle?s album ?The Gift?, QVC is showing exclusive video footage of this music legend.
The footage highlights Susan’s utterly astounding year in the spotlight featuring clips of Susan Boyle in the recording studio, chatting about her meteoric rise, footage of Simon Cowell talking about why Susan is such an important and seminal artist, and also some footage of Susan having her Madam Tussauds waxwork made.
To coincide with the launch of this brilliant album, QVC will be selling the album on the site/show.
Susan Boyle to Perform for Prince Charles
Susan Boyle has been asked to perform in front of Prince Charles for a charity event, the Pride of Britain show, due to take place on November 10th. The event will be shown on ITV at 8:00pm and will be hosted by Carol Vorderman, formerly of Countdown fame.
Susan has said in a statement: “It’s going to be a real privilege to be performing before His Royal Highness, the Prince Of Wales. It’s going to be a great night. I can’t wait to be there.”
Susan is said to be singing “Perfect Day” originally by Lou Reed.
The Pride of Britain is an awards show sponsored by the Daily Mirror and Littlewoods which celebrates the achievements of Britain’s most amazing unsung heroes. One of the winners is a school girl who saved three other children from being killed in a fireball.
Other famous people who will be attending the event include British Prime Minister David Cameron, the ubiquitous Simon Cowell and Cheryl Cole, together with Julie Walters, Bruce Forsyth, Lord Alan Sugar and many more.
Susan Boyle attends Book Signing in London
Susan Boyle today attended a book signing for her autobiography, “The Woman I Was Born To Be” at Waterstone’s book store in Picadilly, London. It was a rare chance for Susan’s fans to meet her in person, and many fans queued up outside the book store since the early morning in order to meet her.
Susan said that she wanted to write her autobiography in order to prove that she was as good as anybody.
Susan Boyle to be replaced by Michael Bolton on “Dancing with the Stars”
Susan Boyle had to cancel her scheduled appearance on next Tuesday’s “Dancing With the Stars,” results show. Unfortunately Susan has a throat infection and has been advised by her doctor not to leave home. Singer Michael Bolton will perform in her place – he was eliminated on last week’s show.
Sources say that Susan is upset at again not being able to perform for her American fans – she had also been scheduled to sing “Perfect Day” on “America’s Got Talent” back on September 9th, but this appearance was also cancelled at the last minute as the rights for Susan to sing that song were not obtained in time for the show.
Susan Boyle is scheduled to sing for Oprah Winfrey on Tuesday’s show, according to an article in today’s Orlando Sentinel. Also appearing are Jackie Evancho, the 10-year-old who wowed the judges on ?America?s Got Talent.?
